Due to the unique nature of all our products, please read the information on the product's page to find out if it can be returned. For additional images, advice or assistance in choosing any of our pieces please contact email@example.com to chat to us and help you make the right decision and find something you will love.
Earrings, underwear and headpieces including veils can not be returned unless faulty due to hygienic reasons.
If you would like to return or exchange your item please contact us. Pieces must be returned NO LATER than 7 days of being received, and LOVE FIND CO. must be notified of the intent to return.
Any postage, duties, customs clearance fees, taxes applicable to the pieces being returned are the responsibility of the client. The cost of returning goods to the client is at the client's expense and any duties, custom clearance fees, taxes are the responsibility of the client.Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item is faulty.
We cannot be held responsible if for some reason the items are not safely delivered to us. If returning items via mail we advise that goods be returned registered or insured to guarantee their return to us.
Upon an item being returned to us, the item will be inspected. If the item is deemed to have been worn or used, LOVE FIND CO has the right to refuse refund and the item will be returned to you.
